The Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women is Canada's largest running series dedicated to supporting women's mental health. Since its inception in 2012, the series has grown to include 18 cities across the country, raising over $23 million for local mental health initiatives. The Markham event is a key part of this national movement, with all proceeds supporting women's mental health programs at Oak Valley Health's Markham Stouffville Hospital.

The terrain is smooth with minimal elevation changes, ensuring a comfortable experience for participants.
