Welland Run 10K 2025

The Welland Run 10K is an annual Canada Day event held at Merritt Island Park in Welland, Ontario. It offers participants three distances (10K, 5K, and 2.5K) suitable for all fitness levels. The event features a scenic road course, live music, food vendors, fitness classes, and a kids' zone to promote community engagement and healthy living.
