The Under Armour Toronto 10K is a community-focused event welcoming runners of all abilities to enjoy a scenic 10-kilometer race along Toronto's waterfront. The race fosters community engagement and offers an inclusive atmosphere for participants to connect and celebrate fitness together.

In addition to the main 10K race, the event features a Kids Race for ages 2 to 10, encouraging young athletes and their families to enjoy the sport in a fun, supportive environment. Strollers are welcome with designated starting areas to ensure safety and convenience.

* Flat, paved route along Toronto's waterfront * Start and finish on Lake Shore Boulevard West * Water and Nuun stations available on course and at finish * Port-o-lets at start/finish and along course * Medical services available at start/finish and on course * Restrictions: No baby carriers, skateboards, roller blades, Kangoo Jump shoes, animals, or unauthorized bicycles/wheeled devices * Nordic pole participants welcome

• Start Line: Lake Shore Boulevard West, west of Ontario Drive
• Start Time: 7:30 a.m.
• Time Limit: 1 hour 40 minutes
• Finish Line: Lake Shore Boulevard West, west of Newfoundland Road
• Green Bib Program: Optional $10 KidSport donation in lieu of apparel
• Strollers allowed; must start at back of corrals (limited spots)
• Kids Race included, ages 2 to 10, with adult accompaniment for ages 2-5
