The 36th annual 12 Mile Creek Trail Half Marathon & 7k Cancer Run features a historic 21 km route along the first Welland Canal, including the Merritt Trail towards downtown St. Catharines and a challenging ascent up Hydro Hill on the Niagara Escarpment. The 7 km race offers a shorter, demanding trail section that incorporates the latter part of the half marathon course. It is a scenic and well-supported event ideal for trail runners and walkers alike.
