Trash Dash 5KM/10KM Trail Fun Run 2025

The Trash Dash Fun Run is a trail walk/run event held in the scenic Midhurst Forest Tract. Featuring 1KM, 5KM, and 10KM routes, participants will enjoy trails along the river, rolling hills, and a unique passage under a train trestle. The race fosters community involvement by encouraging litter cleanup before race day, and offers various prizes including a Napoleon BBQ for cleanup participants.

All participants receive a race medal and bib, while the first 150 registrants for the 5KM and 10KM events earn a pair of custom Trash Dash socks. A complimentary Domino's lunch is provided post-race to celebrate with fellow runners and walkers.

- 1KM Walk for Parents and Child: family-friendly trail walk starting at 9:45 AM
- 5KM Walk/Run: trail run/walk starting at 9:30 AM
- 10KM Walk/Run: trail run/walk starting at 9:00 AM
- Virtual 5K Run: participate remotely, any time on race day
- Early bird and regular registration fees apply depending on sign-up date
- Children under 5 can participate free with a paid adult in the 1KM walk
