
Toronto Carnival Run 2025
The Toronto Carnival Run is Canada’s first and only Caribbean-inspired running event promoting health, wellness, and community. Held in Toronto, this vibrant race offers 5K, 10K, and Kids’ Run options, bringing together participants of all fitness levels to celebrate fitness and Caribbean culture.
The race features an out-and-back route along the scenic Martin Goodman Trail, starting and finishing at Sir Casimir Gzowski Park. Participants enjoy chip-timed races, finisher’s medals, and a post-race Caribbean-inspired breakfast. Race kits are available for pickup at Soul Fuel Fitness before race day.

Course Details
* Out-and-back course along the Martin Goodman Trail providing scenic lakeside views * Start and finish at Sir Casimir Gzowski Park, 2001 Lake Shore Blvd W, Toronto * Separate start times for 1K Kids Run (ages 4-12), 5K, and 10K race events * Chip timed races with optional race swag * Stroller-friendly with specified starting areas for stroller participants
