The Howling Ghost Trail Race 2025

The Howling Ghost Trail Race is an annual trail running event held at the Springwater Conservation Area in Aylmer, Ontario. The 2025 edition features multiple distances (8k, 16k, and 24k) through scenic Carolinian forest trails suitable for all abilities. New options this year include the "Night Howl" 8k night race and the "Day/Night Challenge" combining both races.
