The 5K Foam Fest - Toronto, ON 2025

The 5K Foam Fest is a unique obstacle course-based fun run featuring over 25 obstacles, including the world's largest inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Designed for participants of all ages and abilities, the event encourages walking, running, or charging through the course at your own pace, with all obstacles being optional.

Set in Dagmar Ski Resort in Uxbridge, Ontario, the event offers a festival atmosphere with live music, a free kids zone for children 6 and under, food vendors, and a beer garden.
