The 5K Foam Fest - St. Catharines/Niagara Region, ON 2025

The 5K Foam Fest is a fun and inclusive obstacle course run located in Lincoln, Ontario, featuring over 25 obstacles including the world's largest inflatable waterslide and vast foam pits. Participants of all ages and abilities can walk, run, or charge through the course, with all obstacles being optional.

Beyond the race, the event boasts a lively festival atmosphere with music, food vendors, a beer garden, and a free Kids Fun Zone for children 6 and under. Families and military members receive special discounts, making it a community-friendly event supporting Make-A-Wish Canada.
