The Summer Night 5K is a popular annual event in London, Ontario featuring a 5K run, a 2K run for beginners and kids, and a Kiddy Trot. Hosted by Delilah's, the race includes post-race festivities with burgers and beer for adults, with proceeds supporting Bereaved Families of Ontario Southwest Region.

* 5K: Certified out-and-back loop along Thames River Path System, starting and finishing at Delilah's (Certification Code: ON-2022-015-PTBA) * 2K: Out-and-back course with downhill start and uphill return, following first kilometer of 5K * Kiddy Trot: Approximately 150m, suitable for ages 1-12, parents allowed to run alongside * Road surface * Washrooms available at Delilah's; no showers provided * Parking in nearby lots, easy access from Highway 401
