The Stouffville Main Street 5K is an annual event benefiting the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation. The 2025 race marks its third year, welcoming both competitive and recreational runners and walkers. The event includes a 5K main race and a Kids 1K Dash.

Participants can enjoy wave starts based on anticipated completion times and a supportive, inclusive atmosphere for runners, walkers, and strollers. Dogs are welcome in the runner's village but not on the course.
