The Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women Ottawa is Canada’s largest event series dedicated to women’s mental health. Since its inception, this event has raised over $2.6 million to support women’s mental health programs at The Royal.

Join in-person or virtually on June 1, 2025, for the 1K Little Steps for kids, or the 5K and 10K walk/run events. This family-friendly event offers a supportive community atmosphere and promotes wellness for women and their families.

* All races start at Hog's Back Park, 600 Hog's Back Rd, Ottawa * Start times: 8:15 a.m. (1K), 9:00 a.m. (10K), 9:15 a.m. (5K run), 9:20 a.m. (5K walk) * Suggested arrival time: 7:30 a.m. * Race kit pickup available at multiple Running Room locations May 30–June 1
