The Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women Ottawa is Canada’s largest event series dedicated to women’s mental health. Since its inception, this event has raised over $2.6 million to support women’s mental health programs at The Royal.

Join in-person or virtually on June 1, 2025, for the 1K Little Steps for kids, or the 5K and [10K](https://www.therunningdirectory.ca/running-races/10k) walk/run events. This family-friendly event offers a supportive community atmosphere and promotes wellness for women and their families.
