The Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women is Canada's largest running series dedicated to supporting women's mental health. Since 2013, it has raised over $23 million for local initiatives nationwide. The Hamilton edition benefits programs at St. Joseph's Healthcare Hamilton, including the Women's Health Concerns Clinic and Youth Wellness Centre.

The event features races for all ages and abilities, from a 1K kids' run to 10K road races, plus a virtual participation option. Participants enjoy a beautiful paved course at Confederation Park with free parking and community support.
