The She Can, We Can 5K Run/Walk is an annual event organized by the Fit Active Beautiful (FAB) Foundation. It aims to inspire community members and FAB participants to achieve their goals through running. The event serves as a fundraiser to support the FAB 5K Challenge program, which offers free training to over 150 youth girls in Hamilton's priority neighborhoods each year.

Participants meet weekly with volunteer coaches for training, fun, and skill-building, culminating in the She Can, We Can 5K run.
