Seize the Day London is an annual fundraising run/walk organized by Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario (ESWO), dedicated to supporting individuals and families affected by epilepsy across Southwestern Ontario. Since its inception in 2013, the event has become a cornerstone for community engagement, awareness, and support for epilepsy-related programs and services.

The mission of Seize the Day London is to unite the community in a family-friendly environment, offering both a run and a walk to honor loved ones, support those living with epilepsy, and promote greater public understanding. All proceeds from the event directly benefit ESWO’s vital programs, making a tangible difference in the lives of many.

The event is held at Graham Family Eco Park in Arva, Ontario, featuring a scenic, natural trail course. The 2.5K walk consists of two laps, while the 5K run is four laps of the same loop. The terrain is primarily flat and accessible, making it suitable for participants of all fitness levels. The park setting provides a beautiful, private environment with natural trails, enhancing the overall experience with its tranquil and picturesque surroundings.
