Saturday 5K and Kids 1K Series Ottawa 2025

The Saturday 5K and Kids 1K Series, presented by Sports4 at the Central Experimental Farm, offers a fun and affordable 5K race on the first Saturday of each month. This series welcomes runners of all ages and abilities, with special races for kids and youth. Run Ottawa members enjoy free registration, making it accessible for the entire community.

Runners can enjoy a scenic two-loop course within the Central Experimental Farm, with convenient facilities such as washrooms in Building 85 next to the dairy barn. Ample free and paid parking options are available nearby for participants.

- Kids 1K: 1 kilometer for ages 0-12, starts at 8:30 AM, free entry
- Youth 5K: 5 kilometers for ages 18 and under, starts at 9:00 AM, free entry
