Sarnia Sole Burner 2025

The Sarnia Sole Burner is an annual running event featuring professionally timed loop-style races on a 2.35 km paved loop through Suncor Park/Wawanosh Wetlands. The 2025 event includes a series of races such as the "Mama Didn’t Raise No Fool" 5K(ish) Run, Kern Water's 6 Hour Sole Burn, and Lambton Sanitation's 12 Hour Sole Burn, supporting the Sarnia Humane Society with all proceeds benefiting the local charity.

Participants enjoy a unique course with rolling hills and several race options suitable for a range of athletes. Water and aid stations, portable washrooms, and environmental initiatives like using reusable cups enhance the race day experience.
