The RW Member Relay is an annual 10 KM relay race organized by Run Waterloo exclusively for its members, held on Saturday, June 28, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. on the Health Valley Trail in Woolwich. Teams of four run 2.5 KM legs with randomly selected team members and running orders, creating a unique and friendly competition atmosphere.

The course is flat and well-groomed, featuring chip timing and a $100 prize for the winning team. As part of the "Run Pure + Simple" series, the event offers a no-frills, enjoyable race experience focused on camaraderie and fun.
