Run with Her 2025

"Run with Her" is an annual event aimed at raising awareness and funds for the Welcome Centre Shelter. The 5K race welcomes participants of all fitness levels, including new walkers and runners. The course offers scenic routes through McHugh Park, with aid stations available to keep participants hydrated.

Each registration includes a Dri-fit race shirt and a finisher's medal. The event also features a Kid's Run with various fun activities for families. Post-race festivities include music, food, and prizes, fostering community engagement and support for the shelter.
