The Run for the Lions is an annual event organized by the West Hill - Highland Creek Lions Club as part of the Port Union Waterfront Festival. Funds raised support various community needs. The event features a scenic course along Toronto’s waterfront and includes a 10K run, 5K run, and 5K walk.

The course starts and finishes at Port Union Village Common Park, with turnaround points and distances marked the day before the event. Chip timing is provided by Enfield Timing.
