The Run for Newmarket is an annual charity event organized by Mercy 4 Mankind, a subsidiary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association (AMYA). The event raises funds for local causes and brings the community together. In 2025, the event will support the Southlake Foundation.

Participants can choose from a 1K Family Fun Walk, 3K Run, and 5K Run, all set in the scenic Fairy Lake Park with family-friendly activities including an opening ceremony, awards, and a free lunch.
