Run for Cornwall is organized by Mercy 4 Mankind, a subsidiary of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association (AMYA), to raise funds for the Cornwall Community Hospital Foundation. The event aims to support the local community and bring people together for a noble cause.

The race features multiple distances catering to all skill levels, including a 5K run for professional runners, a 3K run suitable for first-time runners and families, and a 1K Family Fun Walk welcoming participants of all ages.
