Otto's Ottawa Canada Day Road Races 2026
Kick off your Canada Day with excitement and community spirit at Otto's Ottawa Canada Day Road Races! Held every July 1st at Earl of March High School in Kanata, this beloved annual event brings together runners, walkers, and rollers of all skill levels to celebrate Canada's birthday in the best possible way — on the move.
The morning features four distances to suit every participant: a 10K and 5K for adults, a 1K Kids Run for ages 5–12, and a 100m Tot Trot for children 6 and under. Between races, families can enjoy face painting and inflatables, making it a true Canada Day celebration for all ages.
All 10K, 5K, and 1K finishers receive a commemorative 2026 finisher medal, along with personalized race bibs, professional chip timing, post-race snacks and beverages, and free downloadable race photos. Optional add-ons include technical shirts, kids' cotton shirts, and iTab ribbon hangers. Free parking is available onsite.
Want to make your entry count for more? Choose the Green Bib option and a portion of your registration proceeds goes directly to The Royal — Ottawa's leading mental health research and care institution.
