The Napanee Heritage Race is a community-focused event featuring a 5K run and a Kids 1-Miler. Established in 2016, the race supports physical and mental health initiatives in Napanee. The course highlights the town's historical landmarks, including the Macpherson House and the Napanee train station. Proceeds have funded various community projects, such as the revitalization of Rotary Park and the construction of an outdoor fitness park.

Participants enjoy a supportive atmosphere with live music, awards, and post-race refreshments. Race kit pick-up is available the day before and on race day.
