Mapleton Sunflower Run 2025

The Mapleton Sunflower Run is an annual event held in Moorefield, Ontario, inviting participants to run or walk through scenic sunflower fields and country terrain. Established in 2020, the event offers a friendly environment suitable for both beginners and experienced racers. Proceeds from the event support local causes, such as the Palmerston and District Hospital Foundation.

Participants can enjoy a race course that starts and ends in a field of sunflowers, featuring loops through sunflower fields, tree tunnel roads, and well-packed side roads. The post-race includes live music, a handmade market, and food vendors for a fun community experience.
