The I Love Regina Run & Walk, presented by REV Auto Group, is an annual event organized by Run Regina in partnership with the City of Regina. It promotes physical and mental health by encouraging community participation in running and walking activities with options for 3K, 5K, and 10K distances available both in-person and virtually.

Participants receive a locally designed technical running shirt, a finisher's medal, a custom race bib, and access to professional race photos. The event features chip timing for in-person races and provides an online leaderboard for tracking results.

- Starts and ends on Cornwall Street (south of Victoria Avenue)
- Start line located between the Hotel Saskatchewan and the Saskatchewan Sports Hall of Fame
