The Hog Jog is an annual charity run/walk organized by the Ontario Pork Industry Council (OPIC) since 2005. It features a 3.5 km run/walk and a 10 km run, held during the Ontario Pork Congress. The 2025 event supports the Stratford House of Blessing Food Bank to retrofit their delivery van with refrigeration equipment.

The event draws approximately 500 participants annually and offers family-friendly courses with post-race activities including a pork meal and awards ceremony.
