Give a Breath 5K Montreal 2026 brings Lung Cancer Canada's national fundraising walk/run to Parc-nature du Bois-de-Liesse on Saturday, June 6, 2026. The event is part of a coast-to-coast movement supporting Canadians affected by lung cancer and raising funds for research, support, and advocacy.
