Course Details
The event features a mix of road and trail courses:
- The 21.1 km SIMARD follows the historic Chemin du Roy, offering a mostly flat and scenic route.
- The 18 km Trail du Cap is a point-to-point trail run starting near Simard Cuisine et Salle de Bains in Saint-Tite-des-Caps and finishing at the church in Saint-Joachim. This course includes forest trails, technical sections, an elevation gain of 267 meters, and a descent of 632 meters.
- The 10 km IGA encircles Cap Tourmente, while the 5 km FAMILIPRIX traverses the heart of Saint-Joachim.
- The 5 km Marche Gourmande combines walking with culinary stops, and the 1 km CENTRE DENTAIRE LAVOIE-ROY is designed for children.
All courses are well-marked, with kilometer indicators and regular aid stations.
