The Cataraqui Adventure Trek is a multi-discipline adventure race held in Glenburnie, Ontario, featuring mountain biking, trail running, and paddling. Participants have 4 hours to complete a 7-9 km course as many times as possible.

The event starts at 10:00 am and concludes with a post-race meal and awards ceremony. It is designed to be spectator-friendly, encouraging supporters to attend and cheer on racers.
