The Canada Day Run & Walk is an annual event organized by Run Regina to celebrate Canada's birthday. Participants can choose to run or walk either 3K or 5K distances with options for both in-person and virtual participation. In-person registrants gain access to both the live race and virtual events.

The event takes place in Regina, Saskatchewan, offering scenic courses around Wascana Lake and to Pine Island, with all courses subject to change prior to race day.
