The Big Little Run is a scenic 5K, 10K, or Half Marathon race held on Sunday, June 8th, 2025 at the beautiful Guelph Lake Conservation Area. Participants of all levels are welcome to enjoy this event that supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph’s mentoring programs. All proceeds from registration and fundraising help create positive impacts for youth in the community.

Racers can expect well-marked courses with varied terrain including paved, gravel, and grassy paths, along with stunning views of the lake, beaches, dam, and farmlands. Participant perks include chip-timed bibs, finisher medals, snacks, and event photos. Amenities such as on-site parking, toilets, water stations, and first aid are provided to ensure a great experience for everyone.

* 5K: Suitable for all skill levels including families and new runners; paved, gravel, and grassy paths with minor hills. * 10K: Gravel and paved roads featuring hilly sections with views of the lake, beaches, and dam. * Half Marathon: Gravel and paved roads circling the lake with hilly terrain and scenic views of the lake, dam, and farmlands.
