Baden Running Races 2025

The Baden Running Races is an annual event held in Wilmot Township, Ontario, offering a wide variety of races including the Neil Dunford Memorial 5k and the Baden Back-2-Back challenge. Since 2014, it has provided a fun and challenging experience for runners and walkers of all levels, embracing both road and trail running in a friendly community atmosphere.

Participants can enjoy a flat, certified 2.5k circuit featuring trail and road surfaces, with amenities such as water stations and options for strollers. The event welcomes runners of all ages and ability levels, with staggered start times and special races for kids and stroller participants, making it a great family-friendly race day.

• The 2.5k course is flat and certified
• First 1.75 km on trail, last 0.75 km on road
• Water station located at start/finish/lap split
• Multiple race distances: 200m Kids Fun Run, 2.5k Run/Walk, 5k Neil Dunford Memorial, Baden Back-2-Back (7.5k total)

• Certified 2.5k circuit by Athletics Canada
• Flat course: 1.75 km trail + 0.75 km road
• One water station at start/finish/lap split
• Strollers allowed free in 2.5k event (must be registered and accompanied by participant)
• Kit pickup on May 24 and race day
• Entry fees are non-refundable
• T-shirts available for purchase during registration
