5k Race for Plates 2025

The 5k Race for Plates is a scenic run along the Whitby Heydenshore waterfront trail. Timed by Sportstats.ca, the race starts and ends outside the Heydenshore Pavilion, offering public parking and washrooms. The paved trail is largely flat with slight inclines and declines.

Participants are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to support local food banks.
