Since 1987, the Boys Home Run has been a Father's Day tradition in Bright's Grove, featuring multiple race options including a 10k run, 5k run, 5k walk, 7k bike ride, and a children's adventure course. The event supports youth mental health through proceeds benefiting Huron House Boys' Home.
Participants enjoy a flat, scenic course along the lake and residential streets, with water stations and volunteer marshals. All receive a free pancake breakfast, with breakfast available for spectators at a small fee.
