The Kitchener Kids with Cancer Run & Walk is an annual fundraising event supporting the Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario (POGO). It provides a fun, safe, and healthy athletic experience for the Waterloo Region and beyond while supporting local charitable causes.

Celebrating its 12th anniversary in 2025, the event features multiple race distances and activities for all ages, emphasizing family, fitness, friendship, fundraising, and fun.

• Course mostly on dirt trails within Kiwanis Park

• 12th year focusing on Family, Fitness, Friendship, Fundraising, and Fun
• Free technical t-shirt for the first 700 registrants
• Finisher medals for all participants
• Kids 12 and under save 10% on 5K and 20% on 10K entries
• New 200m Kids Run for children 7 and under
• Post-race pledge prizes, refreshments, and musical entertainment
