The Fertility Matters 6K (FM6K) is an annual nationwide event organized by Fertility Matters Canada. It advocates for accessible fertility and family-building care across Canada. Participants can walk, run, or wheel 6 kilometers, symbolizing the 1 in 6 Canadians who face fertility challenges.
