The Walk for Wildlife is an annual fundraiser organized by the Prairie Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre Inc. Proceeds support wildlife care including medication, veterinary visits, food supplies, and enclosure maintenance.
This event features a 5 km walk and 5 km or 10 km runs for individuals or teams, with refreshments, a pancake breakfast, and a meet-and-greet with Wildlife Ambassadors. The race day meet-up is at the Aspen Shelter Site in St. Vital Park, Winnipeg.
