The Under Armour Eastside 10K is a race in, for, and with Vancouver's Eastside. Scheduled for September 21, 2025, the event returns to the streets of Vancouver’s historic Gastown neighborhood, offering participants a scenic and challenging course through iconic neighborhoods like Alexander Street, Powell Street, and Pandora Park.

Participants enjoy a well-supported event with amenities including water stations, medical services, and accessible facilities. The race welcomes adaptive athletes and stroller participants, providing clear guidelines and support for all runners.

- Course marked every kilometre
- Starts and finishes on Cordova Street beside Woodward’s Building
- Route includes Gastown, Alexander Street, Oppenheimer Park, Powell Street, Dundas Street, and Pandora Park
- Features scenic urban and historic Vancouver Eastside neighborhoods
- Includes hills and cobblestone sections

- Start Line: Cordova Street at Abbott Street (across from Woodward’s Atrium)
- Start Time: 8:30 a.m. PST
- Maximum 3,000 participants
- No wheeled devices except registered adaptive aids, wheelchairs, and strollers (handcycles not permitted)
- No animals except service animals
- Nordic pole users start in last corral
- Course time limit: 1 hour 45 minutes
- Three water stations with water and Nuun electrolytes
- Toilets at Start/Finish and near water stations
- Medical services available on course
- Stroller participants must register and wear a “stroller” bib on the back; equipped strollers only
