THE STOKED ULTRA 2026
THE STOKED ULTRA™ weekend returns to Revelstoke, British Columbia on August 28–30, 2026. Organized by 5 Peaks Adventures LTD and run since 2013, the festival centers on mountain trail running at Revelstoke Mountain Resort with a competitive field drawn to technical alpine terrain and big vertical days.
The marquee single-day event, The Stoked Ultra, runs Saturday, August 29 — a 50.5 km mountain course that typically starts at 6:00 am PST and carries a 12‑hour cutoff (roughly 6:00 pm). The weekend also includes a Friday opener called Bottoms Up (about 6.6 km), Saturday’s Stoked Climb (≈15 km) and Stoked Scramble (≈24–25 km), plus Sunday’s TrailStoke (29–30 km) and a half‑marathon option. Packet pick‑up is scheduled Friday afternoon (3:00–6:00 pm) with an early Saturday morning option; opening ceremonies and a course briefing take place Friday evening.
What sets Stoked apart is the alpine character: steep ascents, exposed ridgelines and sections that require scrambling rather than steady singletrack. The Ultra packs roughly 3,500 m (≈11,500 ft) of climbing and uses gondola access for alpine aid stations and drop‑bag points. Registration for applicable events includes a gondola ticket; many events also feature chip timing, a finisher T‑shirt and medal. Organizers publish a mandatory gear list (minimum 1 L hydration, insulated/waterproof jacket, beanie/Buff, gloves, emergency blanket) and recommend prior completion of a trail marathon or 50K for anyone tackling the longer courses.
Named fundraising partners appear alongside the event and organizers encourage community support. Online registration is open now — register at the official event site and note that entries typically close at midnight on August 26, 2026 or when caps are reached.
