The Phantom Run is a relaxed and fun winter fundraising trail race through the lower reaches of the North Shore trails near the Seymour River. It features both technical and non-technical trails with steep climbs and descents, offering a scenic and rewarding experience for all participants.
The event supports the Harvest Project, encouraging runners to bring non-perishable food donations. Post-race, all participants can enjoy hot soup and other treats in a welcoming community atmosphere.

- Three aid stations: Baden-Powell and Fisherman’s (all distances), Suspension Bridge Trail (19.5 km and 25 km), Lower Lynn Loop (19.5 km and 25 km)
- Start/finish at Lynn Canyon Park parking lot in Lower Seymour Conservation Reserve
- Wave starts possible for 25 km and 12 km distances with groups of 40-50 runners
- Course cutoff time at 1:00 PM
