
The Pemby Pounder Trail Run 2025
The Pemby Pounder is an exhilarating trail run held in Pemberton, British Columbia, featuring steep climbs, technical descents, and scenic landscapes ranging from old-growth forests to rugged alpine vistas. Participants can choose between two race distances: a challenging 22 km route and a beginner-friendly 9 km course. Both races start in the valley at the base of the McKenzie trail network.
