The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle course-based fun run featuring over 25 optional obstacles, including the world's largest inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Suitable for all ages and abilities, participants can walk, run, or charge through the course at their own pace. The event also includes a festival area with music, food vendors, a free kids zone for children 6 and under, and a licensed beer garden.

* Mixed terrain including road and trail sections * Over 25 obstacles such as Electrolit Foamy Start/Finish, hurdles, foam zones, mud pits (venue dependent), and water slides * All obstacles optional to suit all levels * Water stations throughout the course * Shaded areas and showers available * Typical mid-June temperatures around 21°C (70°F) with moderate humidity
