The 5K Foam Fest - Tri-Cities, ON 2025

The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle course-based fun run featuring over 25 obstacles, including the world's largest inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Designed for participants of all ages and abilities, the event emphasizes fun over competition, allowing participants to walk, run, or charge through the course at their own pace. All obstacles are optional.

The festival area includes a live DJ, food vendors, a licensed beer garden, and a free kids fun zone for children aged 6 and under. The event proudly supports Make-A-Wish Canada and encourages a great attitude for all participants.
