The 5K Foam Fest - Sun Peaks, BC 2025

The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle course-based fun run featuring over 25 obstacles including the world’s largest inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Designed for participants of all ages and abilities, the event emphasizes fun over competition, allowing individuals to walk, run, or charge through the course at their own pace. All obstacles are optional.

This family-friendly event includes a Kids Fun Zone, live DJ, food vendors, and more, making it an exciting day for all participants and spectators.
