The 5K Foam Fest is a fun-focused obstacle course featuring over 25 obstacles, including the world's largest inflatable waterslide, mud pits, and 2.5 million cubic feet of foam. Designed for participants of all ages and abilities, the event emphasizes enjoyment over competition, with all obstacles being optional.

Set in Lac-Beauport, Quebec, this event offers a 5-kilometer course with mixed terrain including trails and inflatable obstacles. The festival atmosphere includes music, food vendors, a beer garden, a free kids' zone for children 6 and under, and various fun activities for the whole family.
