Témis Ultra 2025

Témis Ultra is an endurance trail running event held at Parc National d’Opémican, where participants attempt to complete as many 8 km loops as possible within time limits of 3, 6, or 12 hours. The race welcomes runners of all levels to challenge themselves outdoors in a beautiful natural setting. The 2025 edition is scheduled for September 27 in Laniel, Quebec.

- 8 km loop with 210 m elevation gain
- Mixed terrain: gravel roads, single-track trails, and steep ascents
- Includes La-Paroi-Aux-Faucons and Inukshuk trails featuring lake vistas
- Must complete each loop within chosen time frame
- Varied trail segments including 3 km gravel, 2.4 km technical single-track, and 600 m on La-Grande-Chute trail

- Choose your challenge: 8 km race or endurance runs of 3, 6, or 12 hours
- Scenic course in Parc National d’Opémican with views of Lake Témiscamingue
- Open to both experienced athletes and casual participants
- Team relay option with the Défi Entreprise 6 Hours event
