The Superhero Run is an annual event organized by Madox's Warriors Foundation to support research into Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG) and other childhood brain cancers. The 2025 event marks the 11th annual run.

Participants can choose from individual and team race options for both 5K and 10K distances, with opportunities for virtual participation as well.
