Spooky Sprint 2025

The Spooky Sprint is an annual family-friendly fun run held around Quidi Vidi Lake in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. This event supports Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Newfoundland and features prizes for the top three costumes, a $100 Running Room gift card for the top fundraiser, and glow-in-the-dark medals for all participants.

The 2025 Spooky Sprint includes a single loop trail run around Quidi Vidi Lake, inviting participants to dress in costumes and enjoy a fun-filled day suitable for all ages. The event is capped at 350 participants with early bird registration available.
