Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women - Moncton 2026
The Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women is a celebrated national event series dedicated to supporting women's mental health initiatives across Canada. Since its inception in 2013, the series has grown to include events in 18 cities, raising over $23 million for local mental health programs. Each event partners with a local charity, ensuring that funds raised directly benefit women in the host community.
The Moncton edition, scheduled for May 3, 2026, takes place at the scenic Centennial Park. This event is more than just a race; it's a community celebration that brings together participants of all ages and abilities to support a vital cause. In 2026, the Moncton event will support "Little Courageous," a trauma-informed daycare operated by the Beausejour Family Crisis Resource Centre Inc., providing specialized care for victims of family violence and those facing mental health challenges in Southeast New Brunswick. All participants receive a technical T-shirt, bracelet, and a swag bag valued at over $100, making the event both meaningful and rewarding.
